Income tax in Yukon: what's different
Yukon mirrors the federal system: its brackets and basic personal amount follow the federal ones.
- The basic personal amount is the same as the federal one: $16,452, reduced gradually for incomes between $181,440 and $258,482.
- Yukon is the only territory with its own Canada employment amount credit (6.4% of $1,501).
- Five brackets from 6.4% to 15% above $500,000.
| Taxable income | Rate | Tax at the top |
